Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to run recall alerts, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
What we store
- Account: email, optional name, password hash (or linked Google/Apple identity), session records.
- Alert setup: your watches, child profiles (nickname + birth month — no full names or birthdates required), and nursery items.
- Delivery ledger: which recalls we notified you about and when.
- Billing: handled by Stripe; we store only your Stripe customer id and plan status. Card numbers never touch our servers.
Transactional and alert email is sent through Cloudflare's email service from parentrecallwatch.com. Every alert email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. We log send outcomes (kind + success), not message content.
Infrastructure
The site runs entirely on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, KV, R2) in their global network. Standard request logs (IP, user agent) are used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Your controls
- Export: download everything we hold about you as JSON from account settings.
- Delete: delete your account from settings — this cancels any subscription and removes your data immediately.
- Unsubscribe: one click in any alert email, or the toggle on your dashboard.
