By using parentrecallwatch.com you agree to these terms.

The service

ParentRecallWatch provides recall search, classification, and email alerts derived from public U.S. CPSC data. Paid plans ("Guardian", "Care Pro") add instant alerts, larger registries, and facility features, billed through Stripe monthly or yearly. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; paid features continue to the end of the paid period.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you register (watches, birth months, nursery items) — matching quality depends on it. One account per person or facility; don't resell alerts.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We work hard at freshness and coverage but make no warranty that alerts are complete, timely, or error-free, and we are not liable for damages arising from reliance on the service. See the disclaimer.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (scraping, bulk re-sale, fraud). You may delete your account at any time from account settings; deletion cancels any active subscription and removes your data.

Changes

We'll post material changes to these terms here with a new effective date. Effective: July 7, 2026.
