The hazard
The wooden chairs can break, posing a fall hazard to consumers.
Incidents reported: Commend has received one report of a chair breaking. In this report, there was a fall and minor injury.
What to do now
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact Fred Meyer to receive a store credit.

About this recall
The chairs and table are sold unassembled as part of a boxed 5-piece dining set. The words "HD Designs 5 Piece Dining Set" and item number BFR3917HO are written on the box. The chairs and dining table are honey oak wood and the seats have beige vinyl padding.
