CPSC, Kohl's Department Stores Announce Recall of Halloween Candleholders

The hazard
Flames from the tea-light candle can ignite the candleholder, posing a fire hazard and risk of burn injuries to consumers.
Incidents reported: Kohl's has received two reports of the candleholder igniting, causing smoke and soot damage to surrounding property. No injuries have been reported.
What to do now
Consumers should stop using the candleholders immediately and return them to the store where purchased for a refund.

About this recall
The recalled Halloween ghost candleholders are about 10 inches tall and are made of acrylic. The ghosts are white and hold a small orange pumpkin, in which the tea-light candle sits. Two orange pumpkins are painted along the hem of the ghost. The candleholders were made in China.
