The hazard

The necklace's pendant contains high levels of lead, posing a risk of poisoning to young children.

Incidents reported: The firm received one report of a child who swallowed the necklace's pendant, which reportedly resulted in high blood lead levels.

What to do now

The firm is no longer in business and a remedy is no longer available. Consumers should throw the jewelry away.

About this recall
