CPSC, Life Fitness Announce Recall to Repair Treadmills
The hazard
The treadmill can unexpectedly accelerate, possibly causing the user to lose control and fall.
Incidents reported: Life Fitness has received 7 reports of unexpected acceleration.
What to do now
Life Fitness is contacting all registered owners and scheduling an on-site repair at no charge.
Contact: Call Life Fitness at (800) 351-3737 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., CT Monday through Friday.
