The hazard
The dried apples and cinnamon in the candle can ignite, causing a flare up and breaking the glass, posing a fire hazard.
Incidents reported: Three reports have been received of a candle flaring up, breaking the glass, and spreading fire. No injuries have been reported.
What to do now
Consumers should stop using the candle and return it to Country Door for a refund.

About this recall
The scented candle is housed in a clear glass holder and has a crumbled appearance with color variations. It contains slices of dried apple and cinnamon sticks in the wax. The candle is 3 inches in diameter and 3.5 inches high. "Kitchen Krumblers" is labeled at the base of the candle. The candle was sold separately or in a set with another candle not involved in this recall.
