CPSC, Sky High International Announce Recall of Care Bears Lunch Kits Sold at Kohl's Department Stores

The hazard

The pull-up drinking spout can detach from the bottle, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Incidents reported: The firm has received two reports of the drinking spouts detaching. No injuries have been reported.

What to do now

Consumers are advised to stop using the water bottles immediately and contact Sky High International for a refund of the water bottle.

About this recall

The recalled purple and blue lunch bags are about 9 inches tall and have a rainbow strap. A multi-colored, shiny-plastic front displays Care Bears characters and the name "Care Bears." The lunch bags are insulated and have a netted side pocket used to hold a 6-oz. water bottle.
