CPSC, Walgreen Co. Announce Recall of Pumpkin Tealight Candleholders

The beads on the candleholders can ignite, posing a fire hazard.
Incidents reported: Walgreens has received three reports of the beads on these tealight candleholders catching fire. No injuries have been reported.
What to do now
Consumers should stop using the tealight candleholders immediately and contact Walgreens for a refund.

About this recall
The "Colors of Autumn Beaded Pumpkin Tea Light Holders" are about 7 inches high and have amber-colored plastic beads covering a copper-colored metal frame. A black and copper-colored stem acts as a handle on the top of the product. The product was sold with a hang tag that contained the item number: 642146.
