The benches can tip over while in use, posing a fall hazard.
Incidents reported: Crate and Barrel has received seven reports of the benches tipping over, including four reports of injuries. The injuries involved broken toes, a broken foot, and a fingertip amputation.
What to do now
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled benches and contact Crate and Barrel for a free repair. The firm is notifying all known purchasers directly.
