Hot food under pressure can be expelled from the cooker, causing burn injuries.
Incidents reported: HSN has received seven reports of incidents resulting in eight injuries involving first, second and third degree burns.

Consumers should stop using these products immediately. Consumers who do not receive a direct notice should contact HSN for instructions on how to receive a full refund.
