Delayed ignition can cause the fireplace's propane gas to explode and break or shatter the glass door. This poses a laceration hazard to consumers nearby.
Incidents reported: Kingsman Fireplaces has received two reports of fireplace glass doors breaking. No injuries have been reported.
What to do now
