The dispenser's electric board can overheat posing a fire hazard.
Incidents reported: The firm has received two incidents of the dispenser overheating. No injuries have been reported.
What to do now
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and remove the batteries; the dispenser will operate in a mechanical mode. Consumers should contact Global Plastics for instructions on how to receive a replacement dispenser. Global Plastics is directly contacting its customers.
