The hazard
The side rail on the bed can crack allowing the mattress support to collapse, posing a fall and injury hazard to users.
Incidents reported: The firm has received seven reports of the bed rail cracking or splitting. In one reported incident, a child sustained lacerations to his head when the side rail split as he climbed down the ladder.

Consumers should immediately contact PBteen to schedule installation of a free replacement side rail support bracket.
