Incidents reported: The firm has received three reports of incidents, one resulting in a scraped knee.

Repair

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled units and contact URBAN626 for a free repair kit. URBAN626 will reimburse consumers if they choose to have a bike repair shop replace the bolt.
